Yes, but every driver MUST be registered at pick-up.
Requirements: All drivers must present their Original Passport and valid Driving License/IDP.
Insurance: Only registered drivers are covered by our insurance policy.
Liability: Driving by an unregistered person will void all insurance coverage and the primary renter will be held fully liable for all damages.

We provide multiple locations for your convenience:
Office Pickup/Return: FREE for all bookings.
3+ Days Rentals: FREE delivery & pickup within Osaka City and Kansai Airport (KIX).
Under 3 Days Rentals: A service fee applies for delivery/pickup outside our office. Please contact us for a customized quote.
Note: For locations outside Osaka or KIX, additional logistics fees may apply regardless of rental duration.

Yes, we offer flexible logistics to suit your itinerary:
Delivery & Pickup: We can deliver or collect the vehicle at your specified location (Hotel, Station, etc.) for a service fee.
One-Way Rental: You can return the car to a different city or location.
Fees: Costs are calculated based on distance and logistics.
Note: Please contact our customer service for a customized quote before booking to ensure availability.

Once your booking and deposit are confirmed, our service follows these steps:
1. Meet & Greet: Our staff will meet you at your designated location (Airport Arrival Hall, Hotel Lobby, or specific address) at the scheduled time.
2. On-site Paperwork: We complete all rental agreements and document verification on-site.
3. Vehicle Inspection: A quick joint inspection of the vehicle's condition.
4. Start Journey: You can start your trip immediately from that location.

To ensure the vehicle is ready for the next guest, please return it on time:
Grace Period: 30 minutes (Free of charge).
Late Fee: If you exceed the grace period, a fee of 3,000 JPY per hour will apply.
Over 3 Hours: Late returns exceeding 3 hours will be charged as one full rental day.
Important: If you anticipate a delay, please contact our support team at least 2 hours in advance.

Yes, all vehicles are provided with a full tank and must be returned full.
Requirement: Please refill with the correct fuel type (Regular/High-Octane/Diesel) at a gas station near the return location.
Proof: You MUST present the original fuel receipt at return.
Refueling Charge: If not returned full, a service fee + the estimated fuel cost will be charged (Higher than gas station prices).

A 100,000 JPY deposit is required at pick-up to cover potential tolls, fines, or fuel.
Payment: We accept ALL methods (USDT, Credit Cards, LINE Pay, Cash, etc.).
Refund: Fully refunded at return if no outstanding costs or damages.

We provide comprehensive coverage for third-party liability and passengers.
CDW (Collision Damage Waiver): Included. Covers damage to the rental vehicle.
NOC (Non-Operation Charge): NOT included. If the vehicle is damaged and requires repair:
Can be driven back: 20,000 JPY
Cannot be driven (Requires towing): 50,000 JPY
Void Coverage: Insurance is void if the driver is unregistered, intoxicated, or in serious violation of traffic laws..

Yes, depending on the plan
The deductible is the maximum amount you pay for damages.
Basic Plan: Renter pays up to 50,000 – 100,000 JPY for vehicle/property damage.
Premium Plan: Reduced or Zero deductible options are available.
Exclusions: Tire damage, lost keys, or interior stains are NOT covered.

Call 110 & Inform Us Immediately
For ANY accident (even minor scratches), you must follow these steps to ensure insurance coverage:
Call the Police (110): Obtain a Police Accident Report. Without this, insurance will NOT cover any damages.
Contact ez_Trip: Inform our support team immediately via LINE/Phone.
Documentation: Take photos of the vehicle damage and the scene.
Warning: Leaving the scene without a police report will void all insurance and is a criminal offense in Japan.

Authorized Repairs: Do NOT attempt to repair the vehicle yourself or through an unauthorized mechanic.

Renter’s Full Responsibility
The renter is responsible for all fines incurred during the rental period.
Payment: Please pay at a local police station/post office before returning the car and show us the receipt.
Post-Rental Fines: Any unpaid or speeding camera fines processed later will be charged to your security deposit or registered payment method.
Admin Fee: A service fee will apply for handling unpaid fines.

Smoking (including e-cigarettes/vapes) is strictly prohibited in all vehicles.
Cleaning Fee: A professional cleaning and deodorizing fee of 100,000 JPY will be charged for any violations.
NOC: Additional Non-Operation Charges may apply if the vehicle requires downtime for cleaning.

Pets are allowed ONLY if kept in a specialized carrier throughout the journey.
Cleaning Fee: If the vehicle requires professional cleaning due to pet hair, odors, or stains, a fee of 30,000 JPY applies.
Liability: Any damage to the interior by pets is NOT covered by insurance and must be paid in full.
