Force Majeure (Flight Cancellation): If the flight is canceled by the airline, a full refund (minus transaction fees) will be provided upon proof. Please notify us immediately via LINE, WeChat, WhatsApp, or Shopify Chat.

Our standard private charter service is based on 10 hours per day. This includes the time from the driver’s arrival at the pickup location until the final drop-off. To ensure driving safety, the standard service usually ends by 20:00 (8:00 PM).

For services over 10 hours, an overtime fee of NT$800 - NT$1200 per hour will be charged based on the car model. Please arrange any late-night services or extensions with customer support ahead of time.

Yes, the 10-hour duration is continuous. For safety reasons, our drivers are required to have adequate rest, but this will be coordinated within your itinerary to minimize any impact on your schedule.

Our charter quotes are generally all-inclusive (vehicle, driver, fuel, tolls, and parking). However, extra charges may apply for overtime, exceeding mileage limits, or multi-day trips.

Standard quotes apply to travel within the same city. For itineraries ending in a different city (e.g., Bangkok to Hua Hin) or involving airport pickups, an 'Empty Run Fee' or airport surcharge will be added to cover return fuel costs and highway tolls.

Yes. To ensure safety, the maximum mileage is 300km per day. Routes exceeding this limit must be pre-approved and may incur additional fuel/toll surcharges.

For overnight trips outside the Bangkok metropolitan areas, a driver accommodation fee of NT$ 750 per night applies. Please note that providing meals for the driver is not required.

Yes. To ensure safety and comfort, capacity depends on the vehicle model:
Alphard/Vellfire: Max 4 passengers + 4 suitcases (28").
Hiace: Max 9 passengers + 9 suitcases.
If luggage exceeds capacity on the day of service, the driver reserves the right to refuse transport for safety reasons.

No. All our vehicles are strictly non-smoking. This includes e-cigarettes and vapes. To maintain a clean environment for all guests, a professional deep-cleaning fee (approx. NT$15,000) will be charged if evidence of smoking is found. If you need a smoke break, please inform your driver, and they will find a suitable stopping point at a highway parking area or designated rest stop.

We primarily provide Chinese or English-speaking drivers (subject to availability). For Thai-speaking support, our online customer service team is available 24/7 via LINE, WeChat, or WhatsApp to assist with real-time translation throughout your journey.

Minor adjustments are allowed. However, major changes affecting total hours or mileage must be confirmed via our customer service channels and may incur extra costs.
