How do I book a car?
Booking a car with us is straightforward. You can easily do so through our website or by contacting our customer service team directly.

Can I modify my reservation?
No. All confirmed bookings are final. We do not support any changes.
Can I cancel my booking?
All bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable. However, if you would like to change your booking, please inform us by phone or email at least 48 hours before your scheduled arrival date. We will try our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability. A rebooking fee of $50 per change will apply. Rebooking is only allowed once. Any cancellation or no-show will result in forfeiture of the full payment.
Will I receive a booking confirmation?
Yes, you will receive a booking confirmation email within 24 hours of completing your booking. If you do not receive the email, please check your spam or junk folder. You can also contact our customer service team for assistance.

What documents are required to rent a car?
A valid driver's license held for at least one year and a valid credit card. If you are not a resident of Hong Kong, please also bring your passport and an international driving permit or a recognized overseas driver's license.
Can multiple drivers drive the vehicle?

Where can I pick up and return the car and what are the fees?

Do you support paid delivery and one-way rentals?
We do not offer paid delivery or one-way rentals at this time. However, you are welcome to pick up and return vehicles to a store location near you.
How does the delivery service work?
When you place an order, you can choose to have your items delivered to your specified address. Our delivery service operates from Monday to Friday, between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM (excluding public holidays).
What if I return the car late?
You may be charged a late return fee. Please contact us as soon as possible if you expect to be late.
Do I need to refill fuel before returning?
No, you do not need to refuel the vehicle before returning it. Our prices already include the cost of fuel. In fact, if you refuel the vehicle before returning it, we will not be able to offer a refund for the fuel.

Is insurance included in the rental price?
Yes, all rentals include insurance for the vehicle. There is an excess, which is the maximum amount you would be liable for in the event of an accident.

Yes, all policies have an excess. The amount varies depending on the type of claim and the policy wording.

Who is responsible for traffic and speeding fines?
When you sign your lease agreement, you also agree to be responsible for any traffic or parking fines incurred during your rental period. All fines are billed directly to you.
