New Thai Immigration Policy: ETA Electronic Arrival Card

This service aims to provide a "risk-free" entry experience, with a dedicated person guiding you through fast-track immigration.

1. Service Content

• A dedicated person will wait at the designated location at the airport.

• Guidance to the guaranteed immigration counter for exit procedures.

• No queuing, no immigration interviews, quick fingerprint scanning for exit.

2. Required Documents and Process

• Document Preparation: Photo of passport's first page, outbound flight itinerary, selfie taken within 24 hours of departure (recommended to wear the same clothing as on the day of boarding for identification).

• Process: Contact customer service and submit documents → Go to the meeting point after landing → Dedicated person will meet and guide you through immigration.

Restrictions and Disclaimer

⚠️ Eligibility Restrictions: Currently only applicable to passport holders from Mainland China (visa-free), Hong Kong, and Taiwan.
Other nationalities need to contact customer service for confirmation.

Definition of Negative Records (must be declared in advance, price to be negotiated)

If your passport contains any of the following records, you must declare them truthfully, otherwise it may lead to failed immigration:

• Special Visas: Buddhist study visas, volunteer visas, or more than 2 records of COVID-19 extension visas.

• Stay Records: Single stay exceeding two months, or frequent travel to Thailand within one year.

• Blacklisted/Sensitive Areas: Previously denied entry, deported, or detained; passport contains numerous stamps from sensitive regions such as Myanmar, Laos, Cambodia.
  

• Multiple Passports: Those holding multiple passports or who have previously entered Thailand with another passport.

Statement of Responsibility

• Non-Refundable: If a passenger proceeds through immigration on their own due to not arriving at the meeting point for personal reasons, or is denied entry/deported due to personal factors, the fee will not be refunded.

• Consequences of Concealment: Concealing negative records leading to price changes or entry obstacles will be the sole responsibility of the traveler.
