Our standard private charter service is based on 10 hours per day. This includes the time from the driver’s arrival at the pickup location until the final drop-off. To ensure driving safety, the standard service usually ends by 20:00 (8:00 PM).

If the service exceeds 10 hours, an overtime fee will be charged (approx. ¥5,000 - ¥10,000 per hour depending on the vehicle model). Any late-night service requests or extensions must be arranged and confirmed with customer support in advance.

Yes, the 10-hour duration is continuous. For safety reasons, our drivers are required to have adequate rest, but this will be coordinated within your itinerary to minimize any impact on your schedule.

Our charter quotes are generally all-inclusive (vehicle, driver, fuel, tolls, and parking). However, extra charges may apply for overtime, exceeding mileage limits, or multi-day trips.

Standard quotes cover travel within the same city. Itineraries ending in a different city (e.g., Start in Osaka, End in Tokyo) or airport pickups will incur an "Empty Run Fee" or airport surcharge to cover return highway tolls and fuel.

Yes. To ensure safety, the maximum mileage is 300km per day. Routes exceeding this limit must be pre-approved and may incur additional fuel/toll surcharges.

For overnight trips outside Osaka/Tokyo, a driver accommodation fee of ¥10,000 per night applies. You do not need to provide meals for the driver.

Yes. To ensure safety and comfort, capacity depends on the vehicle model:
Alphard/Vellfire: Max 4 passengers + 4 suitcases (28").
Hiace: Max 9 passengers + 9 suitcases.
If luggage exceeds capacity on the day of service, the driver reserves the right to refuse transport for safety reasons.

Yes. According to Japanese Traffic Law, every individual (including infants and children) counts as one passenger and must occupy a seat with a seatbelt or child safety seat. Please ensure your total group size does not exceed the vehicle's legal capacity.

No. All our vehicles are strictly non-smoking. This includes e-cigarettes and vapes. To maintain a clean environment for all guests, a professional deep-cleaning fee (approx. ¥100,000) will be charged if evidence of smoking is found. If you need a smoke break, please inform your driver, and they will find a suitable stopping point at a highway parking area or designated rest stop.

Yes. According to Japanese Traffic Law, children under the age of 6 must use a child safety seat.

Fees: The first child seat is provided free of charge. Each additional seat incurs a fee of ¥2,000 per day.
