Is a deposit required to confirm my booking?
Yes, a 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance will be charged 7 days before your charter date. If the charter date is within 7 days, the full payment is required at the time of booking.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept payment via credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), bank transfer, and PayPal.
What is the cancellation policy?
Canceling your charter booking is subject to a cancellation fee based on the amount of time between your cancellation request and the charter booking date.
- More than 7 days prior to the charter booking date: 10% of the total booking fee.
- Between 7 days and 72 hours prior to the charter booking date: 50% of the total booking fee.
- Less than 72 hours prior to the charter booking date: 100% of the total booking fee.
Service Duration & Overtime
What is the standard duration for a private charter?
The standard duration for a private charter is a full day, typically 8-9 hours.
What happens if the trip exceeds 10 hours?
For services over 10 hours, an overtime fee of NT$800 - NT$1200 per hour will be charged based on the car model. Please arrange any late-night services or extensions with customer support ahead of time.
Does the 10-hour duration include the driver's rest time?
The 10-hour duration includes the driver's rest time. The driver will be required to take a 30-minute rest after 5 hours of driving. Therefore, the actual driving time will be 9.5 hours within the 10-hour service period.

Does the price include all fees?
Are airport surcharges or long-distance return fees included?
Standard quotes apply to travel within the same city. For itineraries ending in a different city (e.g., Bangkok to Hua Hin) or involving airport pickups, an 'Empty Run Fee' or airport surcharge will be added to cover return fuel costs and highway tolls.
Is there a daily mileage limit?
No, there is no daily mileage limit. We believe in providing you with the freedom to explore at your own pace without any restrictions on how far you can drive.
Does the price include the driver’s accommodation for multi-day trips?
For overnight trips outside the Bangkok metropolitan areas, a driver accommodation fee of NT$ 750 per night applies. Please note that providing meals for the driver is not required.
Capacity & Vehicle Regulations
Is there a luggage limit for chartered services?
For chartered services, the luggage limit is generally 1 piece of luggage and 1 carry-on per passenger. Please note that the actual space available for luggage depends on the vehicle type and the number of passengers.
Is smoking allowed inside the vehicle?
No. All our vehicles are strictly non-smoking. This includes e-cigarettes and vapes. To maintain a clean environment for all guests, a professional deep-cleaning fee (approx. NT$15,000) will be charged if evidence of smoking is found. If you need a smoke break, please inform your driver, and they will find a suitable stopping point at a highway parking area or designated rest stop.
Communication & Flexibility
Can the driver speak English, Chinese, or Thai?
Most of our drivers are local, and they mainly speak Thai. But don't worry! All our drivers use a translation app to communicate with you, making your journey smooth and easy.
Can I change the itinerary on the day of service?
It depends on the type of service booked. If you book an hourly service, yes, you can change the itinerary on the day of service as long as it's within the booked hours. If you book a fixed route, no, you cannot change the itinerary on the day of service. However, you can book additional hours if you need to make changes to your itinerary.
