Our charter quotes are generally all-inclusive (vehicle, driver, fuel, tolls, and parking). However, extra charges may apply for overtime, exceeding mileage limits, or multi-day trips.

For chartered services, the luggage limit is generally 1 piece of luggage and 1 carry-on per passenger. Please note that the actual space available for luggage depends on the vehicle type and the number of passengers.

Yes. According to Japanese Traffic Law, children under the age of 6 must use a child safety seat.
How to book: Please request the number of seats needed at the time of booking.
Fees: The first child seat is provided free of charge. Each additional seat incurs a fee of ¥2,000 per day.
Note: Each child seat occupies approximately 1.5 passenger seats. Please ensure your vehicle selection (Alphard or Hiace) can accommodate both the seats and your group size.

If the trip exceeds 10 hours, an additional 1-hour overtime fee will be charged at 10% of the original car rental fee, calculated per hour. Drivers are not allowed to work more than 12 hours per day.
