【Service Description】 This service is dedicated to assisting customers traveling to Japan with reservation requests for various popular restaurants (sushi, yakiniku, kaiseki, izakaya, etc.). It addresses the pain points of language barriers, lack of a Japanese phone number, or difficulty securing reservations during peak hours.

💰【Pricing Standard】

• One-time service fee: NT$ 100 / per restaurant

• Commitment: Payment is only required upon successful reservation. If the restaurant is fully booked or the reservation cannot be completed for any reason, no fees will be charged.

📋【Service Process: Three Simple Steps】

1. Submit Application: Inform us of the restaurant name, reservation date and time, total number of people, and representative's name via Line/What'sApp/WeChat.

2. Confirm Reservation: We will contact the Japanese restaurant to confirm availability.

3. Complete Payment: Upon successful reservation, we will send a payment link for this product. Please complete the payment within 8 hours of receiving the link. After payment confirmation, the system will automatically send the complete reservation voucher.

📌【Important Notes: Please read before placing an order】

1. Timeliness: Reservation slots are limited. If payment is not made within the specified time after receiving the payment link, we will cancel the reservation directly without further notice.

2. Meal Expenses: This service only includes the "reservation handling fee" and does not include the cost of meals at the restaurant.

3. Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel a reservation, please notify us at least 48 hours before the reservation time. In case of malicious no-show or failure to arrive, causing loss to the restaurant, this account will permanently refuse to provide future services.

4. Special Restaurants: For some Michelin-starred restaurants or high-end establishments that require a deposit, the cost needs to be borne separately by the customer. Our customer service will contact you to explain the details.
